FAQ
Questions about Pilates
What is Repeat all about?
Repeat is a wellness space combining strength, recovery, and community. We offer Lagree, EMS training, contrast therapy (sauna + ice plunge), red light therapy, lymphatic drainage, compression recovery, curated retail, and a health café—all under one roof.
Do I need to be fit or experienced to join?
Not at all. Whether you’re new to fitness or already training regularly, everything at Repeat is designed to meet you at your level.
How is Lagree different from Pilates?
Lagree is performed on the Megaformer and focuses on high-intensity, low-impact strength training. It’s slower, deeper, and more endurance-based than classical Pilates.
Is Repeat for men too?
Definitely. We’re here for anyone who wants to train smarter, recover better, and build resilience—regardless of gender or fitness background.
Can I just book one service, or do I have to do everything?
You don’t have to do it all. Join a Lagree class, book a recovery session, stop by for a smoothie—or mix and match however you like.
What’s “Nudes on Repeat”?
It’s our collaboration with Nudes, one of Spain’s most forward-thinking health bars. We serve their smoothies, açaí bowls, healthy snacks, and specialty coffee at Repeat.
How do I sign up for classes or recovery sessions?
Booking is simple—use our website or app. For the café and shop, no booking is needed—walk in anytime.
Do I need to buy a membership?
No memberships are required. You can purchase single sessions, class packs, or flexible plans based on how often you want to come.

What should I wear to class?
Wear your usual gym clothes—comfortable and fitted is best. Grip socks are mandatory for Lagree classes and are available at Restore, our retail shop.
What should I expect for my first Lagree class?
If it’s your first time, please arrive 10 minutes early for a Megaformer intro. This quick induction is mandatory for safety. If you miss it, you won’t be able to join the class.
Do you have changing rooms, showers, and lockers?
Yes. Our changing rooms are fully equipped with showers, lockers, and everything you need to get from workout to street-ready. We recommend leaving valuables at home, as we aren’t responsible for lost or stolen items.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancel at least 24 hours before your class or session to avoid losing your credit. Late cancels are non-refundable.
Are there any studio rules I should know?
Yes—here are a few basics to keep the space flowing smoothly:
All bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Be on time. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, you won’t be admitted.
First time? Arrive 10 minutes early for your intro. No intro = no entry.
Phones away, please. No calls, texts, or talking during class.
Grip socks are mandatory for Lagree (available at Restore).
Towels are provided. Please drop them in the laundry bins after class.
Cancel through your online profile. We cannot process cancellations via email or phone.
24-hour cancellation policy applies. Late cancels are non-refundable.
Can I buy a class pack as a gift for someone else?
Yes—you can purchase classes or recovery sessions as a gift. Just speak to reception or email us at [insert studio email], and we’ll help you set it up.
My class credits expired—what are my options?
We’re unable to extend expired credits unless you have a medical reason and provide a doctor’s note.
What happens if a class is full—can I still get in?
Yes. Join the waitlist by clicking Join Waitlist next to the class. If a spot opens more than 24 hours before class, you’ll automatically be added and notified. If it’s within 24 hours, spots are first-come, first-served—so keep an eye on the schedule.
